Collingwood Golden Ticket Giveaway Terms and Conditions
The Promoter
The promoter is: Collingwood Lighting Limited (company number: 00900626) of Brooklands House, Sywell, Aerodrome, Wellingborough Road, Sywell, Northampton, Northamptonshire, NN6 0BT.
The competition
The title of the competition is the “Collingwood Golden Ticket Giveaway”.
Over a 12-week period, the Promoter’s H2 Deco six pack products will have golden tickets (the “tickets”) inside the H2 Deco six pack product pack.
If you find a ticket, you should scan the unique code and will then be directed to the Promoter’s promotional page on its website and find out instantly if you are a winner or not.
There are 13 prizes in total (being (i) 1 x £1,000 shopping voucher, (ii) 2 x £500 shopping vouchers, and (iii) 10 x £50 shopping vouchers) (the “prize(s)”).
Each ticket has a unique code, and the computer software will then randomly allocate dates and times for each prize, before that prize draw commences. This information will be kept confidential from both the Promoter, and its software developers and account management team, throughout the prize draw period.
If you submit an entry before a specific prize becomes available, you will not be eligible to win that prize. The first valid entry submitted after a prize becomes available, will win that prize.
How to enter
The competition will run from 12.01am on 1st April 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 11.59pm on 30th June 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
All competition entries must be received by the Promoter online by no later than 11.59pm on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
Entrants will require access to the internet to be able to enter the competition.
You will need to enter the competition online by scanning the unique code and submitting the online entry form (with proof of purchase) provided on www.collingwoodlighting.com by Closing Date.
No payment is required to participate in the competition and there is no charge to register for use of the website.
The Promoter will not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
By submitting a competition entry, you are expressly agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
